What You’ll Do:

• Strategic Project Planning and Scheduling:  Take charge of commercial construction projects from inception to completion. Define objectives, craft comprehensive project work plans, and orchestrate the seamless coordination of vendors and subcontractors. Your keen eye on progress ensures projects unfold with precision and efficiency.
• Efficient Resource Allocation: Assemble the dream team by selecting project participants, skillfully negotiating terms, and issuing detailed work scope and durations through meticulous subcontracts and purchase orders. Your strategic resource allocation sets the stage for project success.
• Meticulous Project Accounting & Control: Act as the financial guardian of projects, meticulously managing budgets, tracking general condition expenses, and mitigating financial exposure and risk. Uphold the highest standards of project quality and safety, ensuring each endeavor reflects excellence in every aspect.

What We’re Seeking in You: 

• Proven Leadership: A seasoned project manager with a track record of successfully overseeing small to mid-sized commercial projects for at least 5 years. Your experience should reflect an ability to deliver projects within a budget, meet deadlines consistently, and cultivate enduring client relationships.

• Strategic Management: Demonstrated capability in simultaneously managing multiple projects, ensuring they not only meet deadlines and budget constraints but also lead to satisfied repeat clients.
