Job Description

  • Capable to oversee the entire project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes that meet client objectives.
  • Conduct requirement workshops, interviews, and demos with stakeholders to identify issues and propose solutions.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in web development projects involving multiple vendors and prepare a communication plan between them.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand and document project requirements accurately, ensuring completeness and feasibility for client signoff.
  • Define project scope, goals, challenges, and success criteria, estimating effort for the requirement phase accurately.
  • Utilize analytical thinking to creatively solve problems and make sound decisions based on system understanding.
  • Define solution capabilities, considering assumptions, dependencies, constraints, and impact areas.
  • Act as the product owner, collaborating with clients to define requirements, user stories and priorities for the product.
  • Create low-fidelity wireframes or flows using tools such as Miro.
  • Navigate conflicts and build consensus among multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Provide innovative solutions based on domain expertise or client systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with designers to create mock-ups adhering to usability guidelines, ensuring consistency and functionality.
  • Define information architecture and content strategy for applications, considering different device solutions.
  • Foster relationships with client stakeholders for effective account management and growth.
  • Promptly audit and escalate issues and risks that may impact delivery or quality.
  • Adhere to project processes and provide periodic reporting communication, including daily/weekly status reports.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in managing clients with multi-regional presence, handling localization and globalization scenarios.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, SAFe, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • This position may require occasional travel and off-hours availability for meetings or support for offshore.
