Turns out human-level conversation is a really hard problem. We (Jordan and Nikhil) are hard at work building the infra + API, and are looking for someone to join our team to help us with:

1. Building custom audio models for conversational nuances
2. Finetuning open-source LLMs for voice conversations
3. Making everything supafast

We’re looking for someone who has experience with:

1. Building and training custom models
2. Optimizing inference
3. ML Research, ideally in conversational / audio

Ideally you:

1. Work hard, and take pride in your work
2. Don’t need to ask before running with your ideas
3. Think our product is cool 😉
