With various commodities and lanes, Montgomery Transport offers flexibility on how YOU want to get paid: percentage or CPM! Our Freedom to Choose fleet offers OTR drivers steady freight, unbeatable support, and maximized home time, along with percentage or cents-per-mile pay options, averaging $70,000 – $75,000 per year!
Pay:
Up to .55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay and Annual $.01 CPM tenure pay increase
OR
Choose 27% of line haulIncreased Weekly Minimum Pay: 30 days – 2 years = $1,200 and 2 years+ = $1,300!
