Job Description:

Lead the marketing efforts to support the product stewardship and product sustainability software solutions focused on major retailers in the U.S. and Canada.

Creates the Product Marketing strategy for the product compliance and stewardship efforts including, but not limited to, the industry-leading WERCSmart® and PurView® software solutions and respective target audiences.

Collaborates with respective business leaders, sales and product managers to understand the competitive landscape, business challenges and drives demand in line with business goals and strategies.

Plans and oversees marketing investments, manages budget execution, and analyzes results for continuous improvement and deliverly of anuual pipeline targets.

Develops the value messaging to support and drive new customer acquisition and retention strategies to deliver business growth goals.

Recommend and help oversee market research as appropriate to identify new opportunities and ensure proper product targeting.

Gathers and analyzes insights to influence business decisions and shape Product Marketing strategy.

Works independently with guidance in only the most complex situations to craft compelling content to drive product awareness and purchase.

Works independently and with respective marketing peers to work across the organization to cross promote relevant offerings with guidance in only the most complex situations.

Partners with sales and seeks regular interaction with customers and prospects to foster continuous feedback loop.

Contributes to business success by performing other tasks as required.

Reads and follows all physical and digital security practices at UL Solutions.

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum six years or more of related experience or demonstrated competency.

Effective skills and experience in setting up and managing digital marketing campaigns.

Strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint experience

Understanding of critical digital and nondigital B2B channels

Strong written and oral communication.

Strong collaboration skills.

Strong project planning and management.

Strong presentation skills.

Strong capabilities and experience working with senior leaders.

Able to understand technical and scientific issues and to translate complex information for nonscientific audiences.
