As a Child Autism Specialist, you’ll have the remarkable chance to contribute directly to the developmental growth of young children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This role works in collaboration with a team of experts, including Board-Certified Behavior Analysts, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists. It is an entry-level role and does not require prior certification; we provide complete training for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Offer one-on-one developmental and behavioral support to children aged 2-6 in a clinic environment, guided by science-backed, naturalistic therapeutic methods
  • Implement intervention plans crafted by expert clinicians in behavior analysis, speech, and occupational therapy
  • Team up with the child’s healthcare professionals to provide consistent, high-quality care

Qualifications

  • Previous experience with children aged 2-6, ideally in a professional capacity
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Computer and tablet literacy
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential, as well as an ability to meet specific physical demands of the job
  • Preference for college graduates or people pursuing a college degree
