Our mission is to educate and provide services to individuals, families, and the public about building healthy connections and forming secure attachments. Our clinical expertise is in healing attachment wounds and trauma resolution for children and their families, including those in foster care or adopted. If you are an LMFT or LPC resident, utilize on-site supervision with our Executive Director. LCSW trainees will receive assistance in finding an appropriate outside supervisor. Licensure is not required, making this an ideal opportunity for those still in training.Competitive Compensation:
Contracted clinicians enjoy competitive gross pay with full-time (20-25 direct contact hours) clinicians earning over $90,000 annually and part-time clinicians making approximately $45,000-50,000 annually. Our intention in 2025 is to expand compensation options to include contract or employee positions. Employee option would include an employer-sponsored benefits package.
