Broadridge is Growing! We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to join a stellar team. As a Technical Product Manager on the Enterprise Platforms team, you will be contributing to our mission of revolutionizing the FinTech space by building out future-state, and enterprise wide platforms. Your primary focuses will be helping drive the API strategy by translating business needs and building SaaS products that can be offered to clients via our Developer Portal. As a champion of developers and customers, you will drive measurable impact by enabling a thriving ecosystem of tools and services for the clients of Broadridge. Additionally, you will work with business stakeholders to understand opportunities to enable AI to unlock business value.

Work-Mode:
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remotely.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with multi-functional stakeholders to understand the needs of our businesses and clients to shape and guide our API and Developer Portal Strategy / OKRs.
- Partner with Technical teams to identify core API capabilities, onboard them to the Developer Portal.
- Drive towards consistent standards for APIs across the business and identify opportunities for current APIs and new APIs to be exposed externally.
- Define and continuously monitor, measure, and report on key business and customer metrics.
- Understand internal customer and market needs to enable AI across the business and identify new capabilities for the platform that drive efficiencies and business value.
- Prioritize feature requests, define requirements, and execute cross-functionally while leveraging user feedback and metrics.
- Advocate for Product Management best practices and stay aware of the latest trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or technical areas.
- 3-5 years of Product Management, taking ideas from conception to execution, driving product roadmap, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions.
- Experience in building products that are used by developers and make a developer’s life efficient.
- Strong understanding of Front and Back-end Development, Systems and Data Architecture, GenAI/AI/ML.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into product requirements.
- Effective communication skills with experience presenting complex topics concisely to a wide range of audiences.
Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate’s final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education. Salary Range: 120,000.00 – 140,000.00 USD annual. Bonus Eligible.
