We are looking for a BCBA to cover a caseload of 12 clients, Each client having 3-4 hours of supervision.Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
• Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategies to address challenging behaviors and promote skill development
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy sessions to clients, focusing on behaviors modifications and skill acquisition
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans 
• Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and thorough medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA)
• Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians or other staff members

Requirements:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
• Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA)
• Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health and developmental disabilities
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Excellent  communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
• Proficient computer skills for documentation purposes
