Accounting Supervisor Day-to-Day:

• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions
• Assist the CEO, Fractional CFO and outside accounting firm in preparing and analyzing financial reports and statements
• Implement and enforce accounting policies and procedures
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic planning

Accounting Supervisor Requirements:

• Proven experience in accounting or finance with supervisory responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

The Accounting Supervisor position offers a salary range of $60K to $68K annually, along with benefits.
