An established high-end jewelers store in Brooklyn is looking for a customer service representative. Position entails greeting customers, documenting intake of jewelry for repairs, following up with customers, tracking orders and quality control of merchandise. Candidate needs to be very responsible, reliable and have a high level of interpersonal communications skills. Candidate needs to present well to customers and have a pleasant disposition. Training can be given.

Hours: Sunday to Thursday 10am – 6pm (Sunday is a non-negotiable)

Salary: 50K
