**Join our team of Toilet Geniuses!** Lavelle Industries, an expert in the plumbing industry and a leader in manufacturing high quality performance rubber parts, is looking for a *Customer Service Representative* to work in our Burlington facility. A highly visible position within the company, our Customer Service Reps are relationship gurus who excel at getting the details right and providing a superior experience for our customers. * Working to build and maintain strong, positive customer relationships this role is critical to critical to the advancement and growth of Lavelle as a leader in the plumbing industry.

* Serving our internal and external customers with a high level of communication and follow through, including researching and resolving customer-specific issues and identifying process improvements to ensure superior customer experiences.

* Maintaining customer data and using deep analysis to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.

The right fit candidate can look forward to:

* An Associates Degree and 2 years of Customer Service experience this could be in any industry; we want you to bring us your ability to efficiently and effectively address customer need to our organization!

* Comfort with the Microsoft Office suite of products; specifically Word, Outlook, and Excel.

* A desire to become an expert in plumbing repair and our products!
