Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our thriving manufacturing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on providing exceptional customer service, has a knack for problem-solving, and is proficient in various software such as Quickbooks, NetSuite, and e-commerce platforms. As a key member of our team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with technical support, addressing their queries and concerns, and ensuring they have a seamless experience with our company.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide outstanding customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
2. Utilize software like Quickbooks, NetSuite, and e-commerce platforms to manage customer accounts, process orders, and handle payments.
3. Provide technical support to customers, helping them troubleshoot issues and guiding them through solutions.
4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
5. Use excellent written communication skills to respond to emails and other forms of customer correspondence.
6. Use strong multitasking abilities to manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
7. Demonstrate strong time management skills to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
8. Use problem-solving skills to address and resolve any customer complaints or conflicts.
9. Perform data entry tasks, ensuring all customer information is accurately recorded and updated.
10. Maintain a high level of organization to ensure all customer interactions are properly documented and followed up on.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
2. Proficiency in Quickbooks, NetSuite, and e-commerce platforms.
3. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer complaints and conflicts effectively.
5. Excellent multitasking abilities and time management skills.
6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and other tasks.
7. Demonstrated ability to provide technical support to customers.
8. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
9. Exceptional listening skills with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs effectively.
10. Proven ability to collect payments and manage customer accounts.
11. Excellent telephone etiquette and written communication skills.
12. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
