Job Title: Customer Service Rep

Location: Dallas, Texas

Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Rep to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to support our operations and ensure smooth daily functioning. This role requires a strong commitment to punctuality, exceptional organizational skills, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner
  • Filing documents and maintaining organized filing systems
  • Making copies and scanning documents as needed
  • Managing and responding to incoming emails promptly
  • Creating and processing orders with accuracy
  • Assisting with various administrative tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Ability to adhere to a consistent schedule and be punctual daily
