Customer Service Representative

Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a friendly and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our client’s team. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide information about products and services, and resolve customer complaints.

• Temp-to-Hire Position
• Fully on-site in Livermore, CA.
• $22-25.00 Hourly

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide information about products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service.
• Follow company policies and procedures in all interactions.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm.
• Strong attention to detail.
