What You’ll Do

 

IronArch is currently seeking a Human Capital and Resource Management Lead to support senior leaders within the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) in San Antonio, TX. 

Responsibilities will include: 

  • Assist with the overall management of organizational structures and with the evaluation, development, and maintenance of customer’s organizational structures and manpower standards 
  • Support the development of proposals to reprogram manpower throughout the organization 
  • Provide executive staff support to evaluate the effects that initiatives have on the organization and brief leadership on the potential consequences and alternative options 
  • Provide at-the-ready status of assigned and authorized personnel 
  • Maintain metrics for leadership that define organizational capabilities and skill sets 
  • Analyze manpower requirements to support force management decisions and resource utilizations 
  • Use integrated process team, benchmarking, process mapping, and other approaches to support organization-wide performance improvement 
  • Monitor personnel action requests, training transactions, etc. and provide status reports to leadership as required 
  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of customer resources, including availability, constraints, and updates to documentation 
  • Support quarterly reviews 
  • Support the completion of civilian personnel fill actions 

Education: 

Associate’s Degree or 8 years of relevant experience 

Requirements

 

  • 4+ years of experience in Air Force manpower and personnel management actions 
  • Experience executing organizational change management practices.
