General Job Summary

The role of the Teraflex project manager is to support and facilitate project needs to meet deadlines and achieve project goals. They will manage multiple projects at once and assist in facilitating inter-departmental needs. The project manager will manage technical data within ERP system intuitive and ensure product data is up to date for project completion. They will also provide support for departments outside of engineering for all new and existing products.

• 1 + years Project management experience
• Management or Engineering related degree a plus
• Prior experience with ERP system (Intuitive) a plus

Key responsibilities, duties, functions

• Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved
• Delivery of Technical Data to Purchasing and Vendors
• Ability to read Technical drawings and interpret dimensions/Tolerances
• Manage Quotation process and documentation
• Manage Vendor relations and communication
• Manage Part numbering system within ERP software (Intuitive)
• Manage Intuitive Item cards, routings and bill of materials for Manufacturing facility
• Facilitate First production orders
• Manage project schedules, deadlines and tasks in Asana
• Ability to utilize excel to manage BOMs and perform cost analysis of products
• Work with Research and Development, Quality,Marketing, and Production teams
• Organize and maintain KPI’s for reporting and tracking
• Any other responsibilities and duties as needed to meet company objectives

Physical Demands

• Sit/Stand at a Desk for 10 hours/day

Work Environment

• Most of time will be spent in office setting
• Occasional visits to manufacturing facility requiring PPE
• Occasional visits to Automotive shop requiring PPE
• May occasionally walk on slippery or uneven surfaces
