The Talent Management Consultant enables the realization of business strategy by supporting leaders in identifying, prioritizing, and building company-wide capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes; serves as a primary, trusted advisor for business planning and change initiatives; contributes to long-term success by spearheading the design and delivery/implementation of programs and services that facilitate the alignment and integration of people, processes and technology, vision and strategy, leadership, and business goals and culture; and influences organizational effectiveness and talent management by leading initiatives and projects related to organizational design, succession planning, caregiver engagement, talent assessment, talent development /coaching and enhancing management capabilities. Partners with INTEGRIS Health leaders and with HR Strategy across the Enterprise to ensure seamless delivery while developing and executing organizational interventions to support the achievement of business strategy. Responsibilities

The Talent Management Consultant responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

* Leads organizational improvement efforts for Executives, Physicians, and all levels of leadership; designing processes, tools, and interventions focused on improving operations and team performance * Consults on organization-wide or cross-entity strategic planning sessions

* Applies Organizational Design theories to complex structural issues at the department or system level

* Designs and implements multi-rater assessments

* Applies a systematic process of gathering data to further clarify issues; watches for deeper issues; identifies linkages with broader initiatives, plans for future improvements in human performance; designs and develops cost-effective and ethically justifiable solutions to close performance gaps; is mindful of the timing of activities, and focuses on the impact of solutions

* Provides change consulting services for initiatives crossing department or entity lines

* Serves as lead consultant on projects involving multiple senior leader stakeholders and requires little guidance from management

* Plans, organizes, secures and manages resources to bring about the successful completion of initiatives

* Designs and conducts organization-wide surveys as well as impact measurements related to business metrics

* Leads talent planning and people development initiatives designing and offering programs, tools, and resources focused on equipping performance in current and future roles

* Facilitates Talent Reviews, establishes and manages mentoring programs, conducts high potential assessments in order to ensure that caregivers have the right skills to meet the strategic challenges of the organization

* Develops and manages learning platforms as well as designs and manages high potential learning initiatives

* Establishes methods for transforming the organization into a knowledge creating and knowledge-sharing entity; initiating the organization’s knowledge management efforts

* Participates actively on teams and or committees The Talent Management Consultant reports to Director of Talent Management This position may have additional or varied physical demand and/or respiratory fit test requirements. Position requires some travel throughout the system to support HR operations. Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree (Masters preferred) in Organizational Development, Industrial/Organization Psychology, Human Resources or related field.

* 5 years experience in OD or related field.

* Experience in designing and conducting talent interventions for a wide-range of audiences.

* Prior supervisory experience preferred.

* Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written).

* This job requires the incumbents to operate an INTEGRIS-owned vehicle OR personal vehicle (non-INTEGRIS owned) and therefore must have a current Driver’s License from the state of residence, as well as a driving record which is acceptable to our insurance carrier.
